About Samuel Sheats
I've been into science and nature since a kid and a photographer for over 50 years. While still primarily interested in aircraft and exotic cars, I've more recently gotten into birds and insects -- especially the wonderful world of bees, hummingbirds, and other pollinators. You're right, Samuel, it could be any of the 'bursts' you list in your description. In this case, the image--including its gritty textures & 'Corona' effect -- says it all. Brilliant concept!
