Black Eye metal print by Samuel Sheats. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

About Samuel Sheats
I've been into science and nature since a kid and a photographer for over 50 years. While still primarily interested in aircraft and exotic cars, I've more recently gotten into birds and insects -- especially the wonderful world of bees, hummingbirds, and other pollinators. In all cases, I want to present these subjects in a way that moves those who normally wouldn't be interested to become motivated enough to explore them on their own.

These spherical pieces are incredible, Samuel! I can see these, under lights, decorating the length of a hallway, in an office space or contemporary living space. A beautiful, unique series! :-)

Thanks so much, Wendy! They're actually created by a series of moves in Photoshop/Photoshop Elements. I had written down the instructions 9 years ago and just recently re-discovered them. I'm hoping someone will order one on metal....
